• Appropriate showering & toilet facilities, ensuring privacy.
• Lounge & dining areas.
• Sufficient heating, ensuring rooms are warm & welcoming.
• Areas that residents can access for privacy, if required.
• A safe arrangement of furniture so residents can move about easily.
• Abundant vegetable gardens & orchards at each home. Produce we harvest from the gardens are staples in our residence’s diets & allow us to be as self-stainable as possible with our food consumption.
