Activities we assist with may include:
• Chores such as making the bed & keeping rooms tidy.
• Depending on which residence they are based at, some of our residents enjoy feeding our hens, collecting eggs, & helping in the garden & orchard.
• Some of our residents have enjoyed completing a paper round as paid employment & earning their own pocket-money.
• Other opportunities are available for part-time employment with businesses in the community & we support that option if chosen.
• Attending yoga and/or physiotherapy classes.
• Swimming & community exercise programs.
• Library visits.
• Going out for coffee/meeting friends.
• One on one personal shopping expeditions.
• Community walks.
